When I came in today my loved one was wet. His aid was quick to get him cleaned up. I we very grateful, although not everything has been so smooth. The first day I had to ask four times to have the bathroom cleaned . That took at least eight hours. The recliner in his room is broken . This is the third day , we were told again that a work order was requested. I hope so, he really misses his recliner at home. I am very aware that the staff is busy and they can't be everywhere. I am grateful for the kindness that has been extended. This is a new experience for us and we are just trying to make the best of a hard situation

I spent over a month at this facility. The nurses were always on task and take no time to answer call lights. It is beautiful building and smells wonderful all the time. The therapy team is always attentive to my requests to get stronger. They actually listen to you. I would recommend this facility to all who ask me. Thank you all for taking care of me after surgery and getting me ready to return home. I an very thankful for the warmth of the staff.

Our family has been a part of the long term care facility for about 6 months. Overall our experience has been good. The facility is clean and our loved one is well cared for. We have especially appreciated Sandy T who has gone above and beyond to help us when we have had issues that needed to be resolved. She always has a kind word and is genuinely interested in our family, doing everything in her power to get issues resolved quickly.

During my stay at Astoria the staff took fantastic care of me. I would highly recommend this facility for you or a family member to heal. I was unable to walk when I arrived and the therapy staff worked and pushed me to reach my waking goal. The staff is very professional and caring. I wish I could take them home for help as well, they treat you like family. Abby is fantastic and the food is great. The facility is the cleanest I have ever seen. Thank you to the entire staff. I will say that the staff is very caring. I don't feel like a number, I feel like family and I a very impressed. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehab. All my needs have been met in a timely manner and with sincerity. This is a very clean establishment and I have nothing to say other than I feel like home.

I would recommend this place as a 5 star. The food is adequate, but with my restricted diet, I don't get as many condiments. The staff is wonderful and seem very happy to be here and care for you. If you ring for the nurse they are here so quickly. The laundry option is a very nice option to have. I would only want to come back here if I need to in the future.

The care level of care the staff at Astoria provided my grandmother is unmatched. Everyone there has the best intentions and wants the best for their patients. We can't thank them enough for what they did and are so grateful!

My mother came here first, and then my step-father. I cannot say enough about this wonderful facility! From the staff, nursing, social workers, assistants, therapists, etc. Kindness, compassion, and the care given I cannot express enough gratitude! They met all of our needs. My mother is even better than before! So if you are looking for quality care, I highly suggest:)
